Refund policy

Please be advised: Our studio operates by appointment, and staff scheduling/availability is dedicated to scheduled sessions. We kindly ask for your support in keeping your original appointment or notifying us in advance if changes are needed.

 

RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule your session once, free of charge if you request it at least 24 hours prior to your booked session. Within 24 hours, rescheduling will be subject to a $15 rescheduling fee, please reach out to us by email at info@modestbooth.ca

Rescheduling requests made during or after your scheduled session will not be accepted and will be subject to our 'NO SHOW' Policy.

CANCELLATION/REFUND
Refund Eligibility: Your session is eligible for a refund when both of the following conditions are met:

• You made your reservation within the last 72 hours (3 days) of your request for refund.
• There are at least 72hrs (3 days) remaining before your scheduled session.

Rescheduling Option: If you do not meet the criteria above, we’re happy to offer a rescheduling for any future date and time of your choice when you are ready. Please refer to our rescheduling policy for details.

LATE ARRIVAL
Please plan ahead to avoid being late, taking to account transportation/parking. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your session to make the most of your booked time! Unfortunately, if you are late, this will result in a shorter session, and we may not be able to extend your session time.

NO SHOWS
Please note that if you do not arrive at your booked session time and fail to provide prior notice, your session will be forfeited. In such cases, you will not qualify for a refund or the opportunity to reschedule. This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and allows us to manage staff scheduling effectively.
